We met Josh about 5 years ago, after I asked the local hardware/lumber yard for a good one! We got him! He brought down a ceiling and insulation for our garage and we have never been cold again or too hot in summer. He is currently working on a major remodel for our sunroom. Josh is a pleasure, who seems very mature for his young age in his 30’s. I believe he has built shopping centers and much more. We feel fortunate to have him. He has a quiet focused very executive style and top drawer manners. We would hire him again and definitely refer him. His judgement and observations are very good, and he is a reasonable person to deal with. He listens carefully. He oversees his projects well and moves things along nicely.
